Facilities is an Assisted Living and Alzheimer's provider with
numerous locations in Northern Minnesota. Our mission is
to provide supportive and health services, supervision and
assistance to individuals in need of a supervised setting.
This is accomplished by developing an individualized health care
plan. The resident, the resident's physician and family
all have input in developing this plan.

Our Alzheimer's facilities proved the consistency, kindness,
understanding, structure, safety and individualized care that is
necessary to persons with dementia disorders. We provide a
housing option which allows individuals with dementia to remain
in a residential environment as long as their abilities permit.
